Player development goals

Every player leaves the season with a clearer role, a better handle, and a defensive assignment they can execute.

Responsibilities

Run warmups and skill segments, scout two opponents per weekend, track individual development goals.

Head coach and assistant split

Head coach owns game management and the parent meeting. Assistant owns practice segments and individual plans.

Support practice planning and player development alongside the head coach for a full spring and summer season.
