About NextCommitHQ

NextCommitHQ is a basketball recruiting and placement company based in Dallas and owned by KCG LLC. It works the operational side of recruiting: program research, targeted outreach, and follow-through. NextCommitHQ Network is its coaching marketplace, where basketball programs staff their benches and coaches show how they teach before the first conversation.

The Network exists because the same problem sits on the other side of the bench. Programs need coaches who can teach and who will be in the gym when practice is scheduled. Coaches deserve to be judged on how they think, not on who they know. The Coach’s Chalkboard, practice-schedule matching, and written offers exist for that.

What we are not

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Amateur Athletic Union, USA Basketball, any school, league, or governing body. We do not run teams, and we do not compete with the programs that use the Network. We advocate for coaches and for the programs that give them a place to coach.

We do not verify a coach’s background, and every program is responsible for its own screening. The Athlete Safety and Screening policy says exactly what the Network does and does not check.
